PuffShift is a motivational tool that helps you stop vaping. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not recommend or dose nicotine replacement or any medication. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist about anything medical. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number.
PuffShift is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store: $44.99 a year with a 3-day free trial, or $7.99 a month. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Your answers, log and breakup video are yours. They stay on your device and we claim no rights over them.
Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, and do not use the coach to seek medical, legal or crisis advice. We may suspend access that damages the service for other people.
PuffShift is provided as is. Quitting outcomes vary and nothing here is a guarantee that you will quit.
